Federal law gives you the right to limit sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes, affiliates from using your information to market to you, and sharing for non-affiliates to market to you.

Affiliates may be defined as companies related by common ownership or control and may be financial or non-financial companies.  The Brady National Bank has no affiliates.

Non-affiliates are companies not related by common ownership or control and can also be financial or non-financial companies.  The Brady National Bank does not share information with non-affiliates so they can market to you.

Finally, the Brady National Bank does not jointly market with other companies to promote products or financial services to you.

Because we value your trust, we keep your information in strictest confidence and work hard to protect it.   We will never request sensitive information from you by email (such as account numbers, passwords, or Social Security numbers) and we encourage you to keep such information confidential as well. Consumer Complaint Notice

Any consumer wishing to file a complaint against Brady National Bank should contact the Office of the Comptroller of Currency through their website, www.HelpWithMyBank.gov.  Consumers may also contact the OCC Customer Assistance Group in English or Spanish, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST at 1-800-613-6743.
