Community Room

Brady National Bank has a Community Room available for use by the general public. The room is located on Blackburn Street, across the alley on the south side of the bank. The facility is excellent for meetings, reunions, banquets, and bridal/baby showers.

The room will seat approximately 100 people in a general seating configuration. For banquets, the room will seat 50 individuals at 10 tables.

Purchased by Brady National Bank in 1997, the Community Room is part of a building that was originally built in 1922. Renovated by Carlton Lundgren, a local contractor, much of the woodwork as well as the tin ceiling is of the era in which the building was designed. The room features numerous quilts made by the Voca Quilting Club, antique furniture, and an old saddle.

The Community Room has a completely-equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, electric range with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, and ice maker. Air conditioning and heating (as well as ceiling fans) provide quality comfort year-round. There are dishes and silverware for approximately 50 place settings, as well as bowls, glasses, and knife sets. Handicap-access bathrooms are available.

Cost of the use of the room is $50 per day. Reservations can be made by calling Roxanne Turnell at (325) 597-2104.
